Virginia Youngblood is an award winning entrepreneur, CEO and Principal Designer at Dwell Style Interiors, a boutique full-service interior design firm in Matthews, North Carolina. Virginia is able to see the big picture in your home, and she has the incredible capability to build upon the existing furnishings that the Homeowner has or she can start with an empty slate in the design plan.

Virginia’s distinctive, simple, elegant approach to her design projects is what she is known for. She likes to consider her design style as “Transitional Classic.” This uncluttered, simple, and chic design style is a result from all of her knowledge gained from her many years of experience as an Accredited Home Staging Professional Master®. The term ‘Less is More” is the philosophy that Virginia learned in her professional training. She is transferring and including this philosophy in the Interior Design projects that Dwell Style Interiors completes.

Virginia’s keen eye for space planning, furniture placement and color coordination gives her clients the confidence in knowing that her seamless approach to design projects will yield a spectacular and curated product – a lovely, stylish and comfortable home.

Virginia has the unique ability to ‘mix old with new’ so families can tell their story by keeping many of their treasured pieces within the design. Virginia likes to include these treasures in the final design which is something she is known for in her design approach. Her goal is to provide clients with a neutral pallet which includes lots of texture blended with a warm color hue. Virginia takes pride in creating homes that are transformed into beautiful, livable spaces.
